Half of my votes are null, which is also true for best author. Where the fuck is Shezza in that?

Lol on the voting page there is a chat box.... and some DLP'er doesn't know how to spell Shezza.

The Lie I've lived is also nominated for best AU, so don't forget to vote there too.

Also, I agree that Shezza and Nonjon should've been nominated for best author.
And Bungle in the Jungle should have been up for most original...

EDIT: "Recnac Transfaerso" - What? That fic is older than Dumbledore...but, okay, it was original when it was written.
Who nominated all these, by the way? Just seems a bit random.

Originality doesn't count for much if the story is abysmal.

I voted for DLPers, but I still don't think that the Quibbler awards are that great...

It does when the category is "most original"...

Lol, I don't think I've seen any other HP/House/CSI/Monk/Psyche/ crossovers, but I don't think I'd vote for the one that exists. Or the Hagrid/Dobby story.

But whatever, you can vote for that if you want. Quality and originality is what I look for.

I mean really, Recnac Transfaerso or Bungle in the Jungle?

Voted. Haven't even heard about the good half of those stories. Makes me feel kinda out of loop.

EDIT: Looks like Militis should stop reading my thoughts.

You all are looking at it the wrong way. I haven't heard of them, either, but that simply means that they ain't good. That's all :p Going to vote later, though, when I have more time. Have to push Joe there.

I feel irritated, I ended up voting for DobbyElfLord in 4 category's because his fics were the only ones I recognized.

In that thing you call a closet. Better watch out,
That's what I did. Most were Null Vote and the only ones other than Dobby that I voted for were Nonjon and Shezza.

You missed dellacouer's Harry Potter and the World that Waits, also nominated.

There was an open nomination period, during which anyone could nominate authors for any of the various categories. At the time I submitted my nominations, Shezza and nonjon already had stories on the board listed in the categories I'd have chosen for them, so I didn't re-nominate them.

"Best author" was an additional check box on the nomination form. Apparently, acquiring one vote was not sufficient to be listed there on the final ballot, since the author I nominated was not listed among the candidates. My understanding is that a story could only be on the final ballot in a maximum of two categories.

If anyone really cared about Quibbler awards, with coordination next time DLP could influence the outcome more effectively.

Sorry, Vash. I was toying with nominating your OF for "Best Fluff," but I ran out of time... :)

I just did null vote for most of them. I mean really 'Best Slash' and 'Best song-fic' how good can most of these really be?

I would have seconded you Vash vote, just to see the comments when people added the nominees to there 'must read' lists... and because OF is utterly awesome of course:rolleyes:
