Karen and C.C. could also die and Shinkirou could be destroyed.

Karen dying really wouldn't do anything one way or another for Zero right now.

    Another Sunday, another Code Geass.

May I just say, complete and epic win like this has never been seen before.

Pyro, Full of Win is an understatement.

I truly enjoyed how bad-ass Bismarck must be to make Suzaku's Geass activate when they haven't even started to fight.

Nina should die, and I mean NOW. Stupid bitch just realizes the extend of her creation? wtf?

Lelouch better have a damn good plan, for he just committed suicide at sealing himself with Charles.

That was the point. He said last episode that he had nothing to live for and only wanted to take his father down with him. Of course, Marianne/Anya and C.C. will ruin that plan. I'm interested to see exactly where Marianne will side. She asked C.C. at the end whether they should help Lelouch or not...

CAN IT BE KAMINEJIMA TIEM NAO

....so Apparently the final boss isn't God(as I originally believed), or even Charles, but Schneizel.

    Not so legitimate episode titles:
    Turn 23: Schneizel’s Mask
    Turn 24: Sky of Damocles

    Everything is FABULOUS! -_-

I for one am glad that Suzaku's balls have finally dropped. It's too bad that we got more of this World of /C/rappy Art Galleries & the soul slayer.... mental elevator sword Sword of Akasha's Bankai: RAGNARÖK ONLINE. Lelouch's ultra strategic "blow up the door" plan will most likely get foiled, but I laughed at Charles reaction.

Also; lol @ Marianne's parenting. Way to go Marianne.

The last episode... "Sky of Damocles" obviously it's alluding to something.

The story of Damocles is (wikipedia says anyway) essentially a roman parable of "with power comes danger/don't judge a person happy until he dies/walk a mile in someone's shoes first before judging them". I wonder how any of that will relate to the end, or if the Japanese just thought the world "Damocles" sounds cool.

Both are legitimate possibilities. Code Geass seems to like using names from legends and myths (Lancelot, Mordred, Tristan, etc.), but they fall short of actually having those names foreshadow any future action. After all, if we're going by Arthurian Legend, then Anya (Mordred) should be the usurper, not Lelouch or Schneizel.

Damocles has also been used by Schneizel once already. In episode 15 when everyone is creaming themselves over Nina's toy of destruction he responds to her "From now on the human race...wars will change." by saying, "Now Damocles will..."

What I meant was that Lelouch would've thought as a possibility of having C.C recovering her memories, opening SoAkasha, and thus ruining his plans, either that, or whatever members left of the Geass cult, as royal entourage, would open the door for Charles. So, Lelouch would've thought of an alternate plan in case that happens (hence the "damn good plan")
Marianne/Anya is an unkown combo so far... I'm interested on their plan of action too, and why the hell Marianne hid all this time. Maybe she is immortal?

The one true problem with Lelouch's plan? THERE'S MORE THEN ONE DOOR!

EDIT: Did anyone else notice the Knight of One's left eye?

Yep, it appears he has a geass too... Apparently one powerful enough that the nifty contact lens doesn't work for him, so he sewed his own eye shut.

And Lelouch is essentially a dead man, he locked himself in with a seriously po'ed person he has no chance of winning a fight against. It looks like C.C. to the rescue, as she now seems to have regained her memories.

All in all, epic episode is epic.

Stage 21-God himself crafted this episode out of win, tits, beer, and more win. I swear it.

    >_> Maybe I'm easily satisfied, I'm going to enjoy hearing the back story of the month between charles dying and lelouch becoming emperor.

Also, does anyone else find it incredibly ironic that with lelouch becoming emperor, he basically gave control of the knights over to his brother and will soon be facing the military and political force he worked so hard to build?

I felt that scene was a bit clumsily done by lelouch, it would have been more his style to have geassed everyone he needed to acknowledge him before the ceremony, that way he wouldn't have had to reveal his geass to the public at large.

I think Lelouch is a pretty cool guy. Eh commits patricide and doesn't afraid of anything.

    This episode failed miserably.

    .5/5

The only worthwhile moment in this episode is V.V. killing Marianne.

So how 'bout that Third Impact?

I'm just glad that Evangelion Geass is almost over. At least it's trying to fail with style.

Q: Why is the collective unconscious of mankind on Jupiter? And how why do you use mental elevators to get there?
