Fuck, Damn you Bill. I want Mah GHOSTBUSTERS 3!v And I want it noaw! It's going to suck balls if they make it CGI. So why don't they just write his character out? Less hassle.

 

Ehh... I dunno. Ghostbusters without Bill Murray would be like masturbation without the pay-off. Sure, you're doing it, but why?

 

True but if they are still going to do it and use a crappy voice actor in a CGI, I would rather have him just written out.

Normally I'm all for CGI, but Ghostbusters 3? No, simply unacceptable.

(And I thought nothing could top the CGI failure that will be Star Wars...)

 

As long as they don't turn Slimer into a glow in the dark paint wearing, feather sprouting, Truman Capote parody nothing can top the failure that was Clone Wars.

 

If they mess with Slimer someone rather high in the studio management is going to be hurt.

 

Oh god if I see a big mutated CGI version of Slimer that ends up looking like a bad version of the caterpillar from 'a bugs life' I am going to kill someone!

So I'll withhold judgment until it is actually in production, but if they're bringing back the whole original team (Bill Murray - fuck yeah!), then there is potential, I guess.

Although I can't name one good sequel that's pulled it off twenty years after the original. Buck the trend, Ghostbusters, buck the trend...
