A live action Vampire Hunter D movie, preferably VHD: Bloodlust, as that is one of the best chase movies I've ever seen.

Also live action Gundam, without the gay names.

I'm almost ashamed I know this, but they're making a Dragonball TV series.

    IMDB page.

I'd really like a Starcraft movie. I don't know if it would be any good, but I'd still go see it and cheer on the Zerg.

    FAIL.

    HAVE YOU SEEN THE PICTURES!!??!?!

Apparently DBZ is no longer about hyooge alien men beating the shit out of each other with giant fucking lazers. Now it's about super hot "bad ass" wimminz and the emo skinny boys they cry over ;_;.

    ^This.

I'd also like to see the Farseer and Tawny Man trilogies by Robin Hobb. Those would be awesome.

Raymond E. Feist's The Magician, now that would be epic!

As said already, Wheel Of Time, Pendragon and John Milton's Paradise Lost with Lucifer as the protagonist.

In addition I'd like to see Simon R. Green's Nightside, though that would work better as a T.V. series.

How can we have forgotten Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss? It wouldn't be massively action packed (yet) but still highly awesome none the less.

    How about:
The Obsidian trilogy - Mercedes Lackey, James Mallory
The Crimson Shadow - R.A Salvatore
    The Stand - Stephen King

Theirs already a movie out based on the book. You can find it at Wal-Mart. Just a warning, it sucks as a movie.

True, Most movies adapted from Stephen King movies seem to fail.

A Sabriel/Abhorsen trilogy movie/miniseries would be epic, but it would probably turn out like Buffy, with faggots making it faggoty. (Buffy=bad >_>)

Wheel of Time done right. One book per film, no expenses spared, full span of characters, Aiel slaughtered in many ways and so on...

Robin Hobb's would be great although they disappointed me towards the end.

I would actually like Liveship Traders more however; I find it more interesting.

A Lord of the Rings film about the Fall of Numenor would definitely catch my interest and for the final nomination:

Simon Scarrow's Eagle Novels would tickle my fancy.

Deepgate Codex. I've started reading the first book, Scar Night, and I want to see an adaption to a movie solely so that I can see the city that's the main setting. Incredibly well-imagined, a city precariously perched on a web of chains. A civilization built on nothing.

After playing Fallout 3, I realized that if done well a movie based off of it could be fucking epic.

It's too much to ask to have a decent Dune film?

After Dino de Laurentis and David Lynch fucked over Herbert's work, it always has been bound to be a failure of epic proportions...

    I second that.

They could also make a decent Dead Space movie. The comics are awesome, the cartoon is decent, and the game it's also awesome. Why can't we have a decent movie out of it?

Meh, they made the prequel, so I wouldn't be surprised if a movie based on the game is in the works. Although they may be wary of going down the Resident Evil route, depending on whether or not they thought that was a successful game-to-movie franchise.
