I actually don't think that Pein is going to lose. I think that Naruto will show some new super bad ass moves, but I don't think it will be enough to fully destroy Pein. If anything, Naruto will destroy all of those bodies, but that may not mean anything if the real one isn't with them. Chances are the real body is in a secure place and Naruto will have to find it and destroy it at some point.

I actually think that someone is going to be killed by Pein when he finally shows up and fights. My thoughts, as I stated previously in the thread, are that Tsunade is going to be killed. Orochimaru is dead, Jiraiya is dead and now I think the reign of the Sannin is finally going to come to a close and the next generation will take over. And no, Naruto won't be Hokage if she were to die now. Chances are Kakashi would be her replacement as Rokudaime.

Sasuke/Madara/Akatsuki- I think that both Sasuke and Madara are using each other for each owns reasons. Sasuke needs Madara/Akatsuki to accomplish his next goal (destroy Konoha). Madara needs Sasuke for something we don't know yet. Personally, I think he intends to sacrifice Sasuke, or his Sharingan eyes, to complete this plan of his concerning the biju. We all know how much of an important part the Sharingan plays in this series. I wouldn't be surprised if a Mangekyo Sharingan is needed to complete Akatsuki's plans.

 

Good point about Pein's true body. Didn't Jiraiya make a comment about not seeing the guy who originally showed that particular bloodline limit? Maybe Madara doesn't even know where it is.

 

If one thinks this through a logical point of view, In theory it is possible but who knows what Kishi drags out of his ass. He seems to pull allot of surprises for us all.

What I want to know is why Itachi managed to go for years without showing any signs of blindness, while Sasuke starts going blind after three or four uses of his sharingan.

I doubt the bijuu will be put into hosts, since Pein had his megalomaniac plan to go with. Even if they didn't go with that... They would have lost yet another member to extract the bijuu with.

 

Speculating ... Pein/Madara planned it all. Sasuke captures 8tails but gets ID-d as Konoha-nin, the Raikage's message to Konoha mentions it, so of course one of the ninja they send is Naruto. Hmmm ...

Naruto had more potential than anyone in the series and look where he is.
