    I'd only consider going to a meet up if it was in seatle max. I'm not willing to fly for such a thing.

    If I make it down to london or something I might consider joining a meet up in progress but I douiblt I'd plan for it.

    Plus NC out cause Zombie would scalp me for all the Baby momma Jokes

    Darius and me will work on a canadian DLP meet up

    It will consist of a pack of molsons, (2) 40 packs of tim bits, and a wifi conection.

    As a thoroughly white individual of pretty much straight Irish descent I have no right to say this, but it really isn't the percentage that bothers me when people claim to "have Indian blood" so much as the tribe. I'm much more tolerant of someone who says "I'm 1/84th (insert obscure tribal name here)" than someone who says "I'm 1/84th Cherokee" (using Cherokee because that's what everyone here claims to be 1/84th blooded, not out of any actual dislike/disrespect for the tribe.) The ones with obscure heritages I know have taken a bit of time and effort to look up their past, and I can at least respect that to a degree.

    Related note, what's the current PC term for American Indians? Native Americans? American Aborigines? Doesn't matter here so much with the rampant (humourous) racism, but I've been wondering for a while as to what the general preference is.

    LAWL! Seeing how I am pretty much full blooded Cherokee, I'll naught take offense to that. People I know like to be called Native American, others go with Indian(no matter if it is incorrect) or injun(Not really PC, more of a slur, really). I get irked with the blood thing because most people think that qualifies them to be on the per cap rosters, and as such, they're just leaching money from the government, because they think thats a honorable form of income, and that its entitled to them, when they're not really full blooded anyways. A lumby, like I like to call Knox, is a white, or other race thats mixed with a native for the specific reason of getting on the roster. Also known as, THE LOST TRIBE.(TM) Those who use specific blood amounts would only be viable if they were closer to full-blood, those that are like, my great-great-great-great-great-great(add more) Grandmother was Cherokee, or Sioux or whatever, is generally what pisses me off, especially when they take offense to what someone says, and generally blows something I consider minor, way the fuck out of proportion.

    I'm proud of my heritage, as well as any other native might be, and me being Cherokee doesn't mean shit, really. I usually don't try to push it into someones face if they're not PC with me or not.
