I will definitely be watching it,though I may have a blackout moment during the Harry/Ginny kissing scene.....maybe that would be a good time to nip out to the toilet.

 

I thought this was going to be a fuck up of monumental proportions just like the other movies, but going by the trailer it actually looks like it will be a decent movie.

 

Looks really good by the trailer but I'm hesitant to believe it will be good in theaters with how much of a fuck up HBP was.

 

I am really worried... that actually looks really cool, but I get the feeling I am gonna get my hopes up, and then its gonna be stupid as fuck, like usual.

 

I lold at harry at the end.. that was funny.

OOTP had over-the-top special effects too, and it ended up shit.

Didn't expect to see a Ron/Hr kissing scene in the movie though. Poor Watson. I thought it was supposed to be Harry and Ginny in that scene.

I still can't foresee myself catching the movie.

 

Yep - the special effects are looking good so far. But if that's all, then the movie isn't that impressive.

And you can already see where they fuck the storyline up: The attack on the Burrow by Bellatrix and Vash - eh - Fenrir Greyback, I think.

The kissing scene is WonWon/LavLav. I think there is also a scene where the Burrow is actually burning but the pictures only show Hagrid's hut.

EDIT:

Yep: At 0:35 the Burrow is burning. At 0:58 you see a circle of fire drawn around the Burrow and it's the same structure with the "shed" at the side that's burning in 0:35. Hagrid's hut is burning in 1:10.

 

WTF since when was the Burrow attacked in HBP? I always assumed that was Hagrid's hut. -_-

Yeah burrow bit is an added scene.
I reserve judgement as trailers are purposely manipulated to give an effect, but I have to say it is shaping up to be pretty good.

And I'll admit the end scene made me laugh

Like most of you I am torn

On one hand I wanted the movie to accurately depict the book, and completely suck. On the other, the trailer looks definitely interesting and honestly if they don't really throw in much of the romance and angst then it might be worth seeing more than once.

Last scene with Harry and Hermione is how he should've acted in the series, at least sometimes; it's not his fault they call him The Chosen one - the least he can do is get some pussy because of it. Anyways, I would've said that movie trailers are inversely proportional to the quality of the movie - but then The Dark Knight came out >_> I'll probably end up seeing this though.

EDIT: And it looks like they fixed how apparation works. It doesn't look like that smokey tornado-funnel shit from the OotP movie.
