Laughing my ass off at the new chapter. The character development is jumpy, and the Daphne sisters remind me for some reason of the characters in this only anime video game I ever played, but bah, who cares. The entire scene with Harry, Daphne and her bits was priceless, as was this:

I like this story by now. It's different and doesn’t pretend to be any other way, which makes it a refreshing read. 4/5, more if Daphne and Tori feature more often from now on.

Personally, the prospect of Harry with a Slytherin girl is appealing. The stigma assocoiated with such a relationship will be intresting, especially as there arn't many Harry/Slytherin girl pairings due to certain other Slytherin pairings.
Plus Harry's laidback and sarcastic attitude adds a new spin. Not to forget it's pre Order of the Pheonix, therefore no whiny and moping Harry.

Whilst the progress is a little slow, the author does update on a farily regular basis, and thats always a plus. :)

    Overall I give it a 3.5/5

I think Sesc summed it up pretty well (must be a German thing): It's different and doesn't pretend to be any other way, which makes for a very refreshing read.
Sure, the writing is sort of random and jumpy... but somehow it has me grinning more often then not and a couple of lines really crack me up.

While the plot (or rather lack thereof) so far leaves a lot to be desired, it's still amusing, even if most likely unintentionally at times. Therefore it gets a 3.5/5 from me as well, which I'll round to a nice 4.

    Ah, it got updated.

The beginning of the new chapter made me scratch my head with the sudden change in POV, and the second half is somewhat out there if you stop to think about it, but I didn't mind while reading *shrugs*

    You're not the only one...

Although the story has many issues and it doesn't seem like a good read at the beginning, it does hold your attention until the end by somehow promising that "it will turn better but be patient for now, it's just the setting for it, so stay with me and read on"...

I do hope it won't disappoint...

I just really love the fluff in it. Its a completely relaxing story, compared to the daring tales of adventure and madness that we usually read.

In this one, we just read about the hero relaxing, being a bit sarcastic, but all in all just having a good time.

...at least, thats how I see it.

Spelling and grammar are sub-par (shouldn't that, strictly speaking, be above par?), characterisation is flawed and overly simplified, writing style reads like a list with too much tell and not enough show (I did this. And then that happened. etc), the first-person perspective isn't pulled off well at all, plot appears to be what the author pulls out of his ass chapter by chapter....

Yet despite all of this I'm still enjoying it. o_O

3/5 Not library-worthy, but I like it nonetheless.

This story is a bit weird to me. Harry's characterization is fun but totally non-canonical (I don't really mind this, as its done in a parodical manner); the first-person perspective is disorienting since it isn't executed all that well, unlike, for instance Jim Butcher's Dresden Files (even then, the first book of Dresden is disorienting too); also, there are times when the author casually drops mention of things that supposedly happened that I don't remember happening - nothing comes to mind, but I remember going 'wtf?' several times.

Still, though, it isn't a bad read, and the fluff is well written, with Daphne's little sister who Harry seems to take a liking to.

3/5 for me. Liked it, but don't think it belongs in the library.

It is an interesting story. The writing is not amazing nor is the plot the greatest thing in the world, but for some unfathomable reason, I enjoy this fic. It is a nice break from the typical fanfiction story. 3.5/5

It never occurred to me why I really liked this story until I read the latest chapter.

It's things like Dobby wanting to kill Winky's crush with a bear trap given to him by Santa Claus that does it, I think.

This guy has a few screws loose, but his story is amazingly entertaining.

Just wrote lengthy review, but my browser crashed, so I'll sum it up in two sentences: This story makes me smile. I also see the potential for it to become better.

I just read this - not a literary masterpeice but certainly a very amusing one.

Decently written and the first fic in some time to get me to chuckle out loud.

    4.5/5

Pretty sure it needs to be bumped out of the Recycle Bin with this rating.

Yeah, i've said it from the start, this fic really shouldn't be in the recycling bin. :/

Its great that he is updating again as well.

This story made me laugh, and that almost never happens. 4.5/5, put it in the library.

Updated. Decent chapter - not the lulziest, but moving the plot in a general direction I guess.

    This story officially rocks.

Edit: No plot, though, as others have said. :(

I have to admit that I like this author's characterization of Harry better than, say, Draco666's Asshole!Harry.

While badass!Harry and asshole!Harry can be fun to read when written well, it gets tiring after awhile when you read the same characterization (or variations of it) every other story.

While it's probably a little bit more OOC than other characterizations, as this HP comes off as really witty and extroverted, it's a nice change from the usual.

Even with no real discernible plot,

I have no clue what the fuck is going on with this story.

Someone said it earlier, but Harry's fluctuation between competent and retard is annoying. How does he go from besting a DE in the very first chapter, to running in terror from Katie Bell in panties? Little shit like that pissed me off, and would be otherwise ignorable if the story had a plot. Oh and this
    Voldemort havinga fucking girlfriend
pissed me off; the flashbacks in general piss me off, but of all the dumbshit to flashback to...
