He wanted them angry. He wanted them enraged. He wanted the full might of the demon army sent crashing into the world like angry gods.
Earth had gods of its own waiting to meet them.

Don't forget the pretentious bullshit as well...

I enjoyed this chapter more than the last few.

And thank god she is leaning more towards a brother relationship between Rahkesh and Nic than lovers.

So Rahkesh is not going to be a Death Dragon or apparently any other guess someone has made. Considering that there have been a lot of guess' made I'm thinking its either something totally fucking radom that no ones heard of or something made up and thus impossible to guess.

In the beginning, I really, really enjoyed this story, but now it's starting to get boring for some reason. Maybe it's the long time it takes to update and, by that time, I've already forgotten what happened in the last chapter. Or maybe its just that it's finally grown to apart from Harry Potter for me to handle.

Though I have to agree with The Erotic advetures of S, whatever Rahkesh is going to turn into, it's probably some made-up creature that hasn't even been mentioned in the story so far.

She did say that slash won't be in this verson but the next or something like that

To true, i had to read the last 3 chapter's to get the gist of what's going on, but at least she's updating the fic rather than abandon it.

Because even though it no longer counts as HP Fanfiction it's still moderately interesting, and you're bored.

Bummer. Then I guess the alternative ending I wrote for this story is obsolete then.

    Gum magic FTW.

This chapter was moderately better than the last, but only by a bit. She's dragging it out way too long by putting in so much useless filler. However I'll probably finish it just because I've read so much of it already. I hope it gets better once it goes into the actual action.

I have to admit that I missed Nic and Enireth, and I really enjoyed the interaction between Nic and Rahkesh. Flairgold has been setting up the Chachapoyaro as planetary defenders since half way through the first visit. I can't see why any of you think it's filler to go get them.

It took me a couple of seconds to realise that Hogwarts only has forty students total - I automatically took that to mean this year group. 6 'Puffs means that there isn't even one per year. Strange thought. Lots of one-on-one attention, though. The students will be very well educated. I'm surprised that Hogwarts wasn't already equipped for a seige, not to mention that I'd anticipated it being filled with refugees already.

The description of the hidden city was gorgeous. I can *see* it, and it's lovely.

The major issue I had with that whole line of thinking is this:

They didn't do a damn thing when they were introduced in the time travel arc of the story.

If I remember correctly, it was Harry and his merry band that took care of the big bad demons and even the head Incan sorcerer and his cohorts. So why do they suddenly believe these soldiers - who seem to be incredibly primitive as far as their weaponry goes - are going to play a huge role in the fight against the demons?

Did they even get a working knowledge of demon powers and weaknesses in the past?

I don't see how a couple thousand guys with spears are going to do what a legion of ancient vampires who call down pillars of fire just to show off can't.

And I think I may have dozed off during the city-unveiling. At the very least, I couldn't really figure out what was supposed to be happening other than colors! and music!

Don't you remember the part about them mowing over the Inca soldiers like a lawnmower or something and how great fighters they were. Maybe apart they can't do what a legion of ancient vampires can do but if they work together I am sure they could do a lot more. I think that they also said that they had encountered demons in the past sometime.

In this fic. Nothing is capable of stopping a legion of ancient vampires except Namach and Namach is apparently the alpha, the omega, the almighty, and every god every religion has ever worshipped rolled into one.

You're talking about them killing an army of "muggle" Incans and think that's anything compared to an army of killer demons?

    No.

I'm sorry, but I haven't even seen much evidence to point to the Chacha-whatys advancing very far at all.

And seriously, they haven't had to fight a war in a thousand years and you're telling me that they're battle ready or that their tactics have advanced?

    Bullshit.

These guys would be complete fodder if the author didn't decide to suddenly make them the best thing since sliced bread.

An army to destroy the demons in the future? They don't know shit about demons. In their entire history they've seen about half a dozen.

I'm sorry, but this is just horribly contrived.

    Horribly.

P.S. - I anxiously await the next update.

Well we never did see their battle mags in action so we cant tell about them.

And we never saw the soilders in action really. But I just cant see how they can be that great compared to blood magic amped 500 year old vamps.

Unless I've missed it completely, the Catholic Church hasn't even been mentioned. Shouldn't they be all over the "Onward Christian Soldiers," thing? For that matter, legend has it that a lot of demon-fighting tools, weapons, and lore are held in trust by the Church.

Hasn't anyone tried praying for help?

Well, just because that's a legend doesn't mean that it needs to be present in the story. I think that after the witch burnings most magical beings would avoid the church so I really don't see where they would get their demon-fighting tools. I don't think the Church is mentioned at all in this story. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh come on, who needs the Catholic Church. Namach and Rahkesh will be casting spells with a power level OVER 9000! and be in their SuperAwesome Fifty different animagus forms that wtfpwn everything.

After all, the trend this story has is: "Whoa! POwerful enemy! Oh good, Namach and Rakhesh are even more powerful. Wait! Another, even more powerful enemy! Nope, Namach is still way more powerful, and Rakhesh contributes. OH NOES!!! ANOTHER ENEMY THAT WILL R0CKZ0ARS!!! Oh wait, Namach still wins. Okay."

It started off with promise, but the author really needs to learn that a good character isn't just one who destroys everything while smiling brilliantly at their gay lover. Go read Twilight if you want that shit.

Note: I might be corrected about the twilight reference, since I know nothing about it. To any would-be correctors: Fuck off.
