I mean, she could have written quite a bit on Lupin/Tonks, their relationship occurs almost entirely off-camera, but why should she? She could write chapter upon chapter about tons of stuff, but she doesn't. Heck, the amount of stuff we don't know about Dumbledore could probably fill another 700-page book.

And again, people fall in love in real life quickly and for very little logical reason all the time.

I think part of the problem here is you seem to be convinced that Rowling should be straining to convince you of every last point. She just doesn't write that way. If you're on her wavelength you enjoy it, and if you're not...well, you get the kind of reactions I'm seeing here.

If properly referenced, a Wikipedia entry is as valid as any other information. If you don't understand what "proper referencing" is, then well, I can't help you.
