I found this on the front page of Ficwad today and saw that it was H/L.
I was pleasantly supprised by how intriguing it is.

It features and odd Secret Dominatrix Luna with a rarely used Su Li.

With the exception of the WTF moment halfway through involving Su Li, this could have been a decent X rated Independent Harry. Smut wasn't bad.

I read this on TFF, a good read with above-mentioned WTF moment. Luna's characterization was rather okay, her lines were funny enough.

If I knew it was uploaded somewhere (besides TFF) I'd make thread by myself.

3.5/5 rounded to 4/5 from me.

There seems to be plot. Wow. Decent stuff; 4/5 with option of higher, depending on what happens next.

This story's got surprisingly accurate characterizations. The Cho hiding part got me cracked up.

It's... different. It was a bit contrived but not enough to really ruin it. Though if Harry is going to be excellent at Occlumency all of a sudden, that won't help.

3 at the moment. I'll wait for another chapter or two first before a more definite rating.

Well, I don't think he is going to be excellent all of a sudden. I think it is more to the point that if you search for the wrong memories in the head of a person who can already throw off an unforgivable he will be able to block you even if he has to cast a shielding charm to do it. I'd give this story a 3.5/5.

Also, here is the adultfanfiction link.

    That's what I'm hoping for.

Does anyone else find the term 'trouser snake' to be utterly ridiculous? That very nearly made me snort, and in the middle of a non-humourous smut scene it's probably not the best thing to have happen.

Well, I think it was meant to be a reference to another story. I read it awhile back, and Luna said that Draco started talking to her telling her that if she wanted to draw an imaginary animal then she should draw a picture of Harry's trouser snake which Luna later verified that it was, in fact, far from being imaginary....I don't recall the name of the story, but it was humorous in a weird sort of way.

    Pretty nice start.
But really, I have my doubts about the updates from this author.
Though I hope, he proves me wrong.

I thought it was a PWP at first as I saw this fic in AFF, but apparently its got plot. I'll give it 3/5 for characterization and smut.

As for the 'trouser snake' comment, I think its taken form cloneserpents' 'crack'd mirror' where Harry has a 'trouser basilisk'.

As someone who's not usually a fan of Harry/Luna I didn't have high expectations coming into this fic but I have to say it was remarkably good in the end. The smut was decent, the writing was good but Luna still seemed to irritate me as she's wont to do. The whole Su Li thing as a gimp is not to my liking as well but the Cho crying because Harry's getting some and it's not with her made me cackle.

Harry's sudden affinity for occlumency sets warning bells off in my head but as a sucker for smut this is a solid 4/5.

For those who don't get the term trouser snake and where it came from: Monty Python's Meaning of Life, I've provided "The Penis Song" in its entirety for your benefit.

Isn't it awfully nice to have a penis?
Isn't it frightfully good to have a dong?
It's swell to have a stiffy.
It's divine to own a dick,
    From the tiniest little tadger
    To the world's biggest prick.
So, three cheers for your Willy or John Thomas.
Hooray for your one-eyed trouser snake,
Your piece of pork, your wife's best friend,
    Your Percy or your cock
You can wrap it up in ribbons,
You can stuff it in your sock,
But don't take it out in public,
Or they'll stick you in the dock,
    And you won't come back.'

It's Eric Idle on the piano in the restaurant scene where the fat man goes on to eat so much he blows up.

"Better get a bucket I'm about to vomit."
"Uh Gaston, a bucket for monsieur. There you are monsieur."

I'm highly disturbed by the fact that you were able to place that so easily. Someone watches way too much Monty Python methinks.

Unless someone decides to create a "Harry Potter and the Holy Grail" crossover. I think my mind might explode.
