I think I agree with your post but it's sort of confusing. I have no idea if you're criticizing the fact that I posted a picture to show how stupid it is to think anyone thought she was conceivably good looking at 11 or... just criticizing OEM. I dunno.

As for better cleavage, meh. As long as there is some, not a big deal. That said, EW is okay. Anyone who wouldn't do her and at least get off one "Hermione" is obviously missing the potential lulz factor - and considering most people look like Oz, I'm going to assume they're just lying. When I look at Watson, there's something strikingly bizarre about her appearance (is it the neck? The jaw structure?) -- perhaps it's trunk : head ratio?

She's not the typical kind of 'attractive' for her age, though I guess she's pretty. I'd take whoever does Luna over her, though.
