Jim's next short story is called Last Call, and will be a part of the anthology Strange Brew, which will be released July 7th.

There's not any info available about the story itself (when it takes place, what new developments it's based on) yet, and there probably won't be until Turn Coat is released.

Also, if you keep up with the graphic novels, Storm Front will be done in two volumes (at least), the first of which will be released May 19th, and the second will be released October 27th.

So if you're Jonesin' for some Dresden, you won't have to wait too long after April to get another taste.

Ok, as an update: info on the Storm Front Graphic Novels is different in all 3 different places I've looked (one was a post on Butcher's site, another was in the site-sponsored store), so I don't actually have definitive release dates for them.

And while it would be cool to have a Mac-centric short story, I don't see it happening. Or at least not yet. Heh. Who knows?

 

Please note this was simple conjecture.

 

Mac's character will not before the....*think* 20th book (earliest) explained, because he is only to be used for the really big boss.

Like the Prison free card in Monopoly...

Edit: So I was on Butcher's forums again and found talk of Yet Another short story anthology to look forward to. It will be entitled Dark And Stormy Knights--and Jim's contribution will apparently not center around Sanya (you see what I did there?). This anthology is supposed to center around anti-heroes, so maybe Kincaid.

I'm not that interested in Mac. A few paragraphs about why the wardens respected him so much when Harry called the meeting there to stop the Necros would be awesome though.

I want to see Harry and Molly going off on people. More Cowl. More Ramirez.
