Great, cus' that pic is friggin' hilarious. A friend of mine is almost a "Snape" fan. Her recent thing is Malfoy Sr. & Hermione tho... such a fangirl. Also, your Avatar rocks Mordac

...hes always had a beard. In the very first book, he was described as having a "...thin pointed goatee."

Never heard Snape get a description of a goatee. That was the Headmaster of Durmstrang. I think you had your views mixed up.

 

Actually, I recall Snape being described as having a goatee . . . though, when I first started reading the book I thought Snape had green skin and pronounced Malfoy as Mayloaf @_@

 

Remember how the canon books have a picture at the beginning of each chapter? Well, either DH or HBP had Snape in one of those pics, and in it, I distinctly remember him having a goatee, because after seeing movie!Snape for so long, I had forgotten about the beard/goatee.

 

Did anybody else read this as:

Maybe I am. I dont have the first book anymore, so I cant exactly check... I'll have to work on this.

The picture I remember was at the beginning of one of the chapters in book 5.
