The Snake in the zoo thanks Harry for releasing him by suffocating him to death. This way, he can die before going on teenage rants against everyone in canon.

 

GoF - portkey to World Cup takes them all to Voldemort instead. Somehow, only Harry dies there.

From what I remember in GoF, and the portkey to the World Cup, it was cold at where they had to get to the portkey. Or at least it was icy, in any case.
