I saw the first episode a year or so ago in its raw format seemed a bit weird but lulzy to me then (I speak only a word or two of Japanese). I'll check it out when I go to university on Tuesday.

 

It's kinda hard to follow even when it's in English, they keep jumping around on the time line, but I think I'm beginning to see how it all fits together.

 

One of my favorite animes. It's a bit short at only about 13 episodes, but it's amazingly entertaining.

Also, I would recommend you try to watch the subtitled version if possible. Dubs are icky.

 

Shity eye-talian accents are shity.

 

They don't exactly tell you, but most of the Italian characters in the story were born in America, except for a few who have been there long enough for the accent to start to fade...

If you still don't get it; the US release of Baccano included quite a few characters whose eye-talian accents where done very, very, very, very poorly.

 

Theres some dvd only episodes that were quite decent as well. Unfortunately, the english dubs are of especially poor quality, I'd recommend watching this series subbed.
