You really need to learn2differentiate between pedophile and child abuser.
Child abuser is one who does shit to kids, in irl and should be shot.

Pedophile is one who gets turned on by the idea of doing shit to kids, they may not all become child abusers, they may spend their lives avoiding harming kids because they know it would be wrong.... but face facts, most people will still call them sick fucks.

Joking about loli and the likes aside, reading a fic about fucking an 8 year old veela who looks exactly like an 8 year old human child is taking a quick glance at the line as it is casually stepped over and left in the distance.

Sesc, while I agree with the sentiment of your post on the whole, MASSIVE LULZ is had at the fact that your argument here amounts to the 'upshot' being that pedophilia in this story is tempered down because it also contains some good old-fashioned bestiality.

As to the fic itself... keeping in line with the German lulz from Sesc and the French lulz of this story, there's really only one way to respond. OP:
