I actually found the first page hilarious where Raikage and Sasuke clash with Sasuke screaming inside his head "CHIDORI" and Raikage screaming "ELBOW".

The chapter was mediocre, the fight was not that good and quite frankly a letdown after last week.

 

Naruto > Pein, therefore Sasuke > Raikage.

Also, Naruto is a blonde. 0.0

And hell yes, Elbow no Jutsu. Best fucking technique ever.

 

Is it just me or did the last chapter look more like a wrestling match than a Ninja battle?
What with the Raikage wearing the championship belt and Sasuke being body slammed and stuff? >_>

That girl is Deidara's sister? Was that confirmed or is that speculation?

Finally we get to see Gaara fight although the "teary eyes" seem really out of place for Gaara.

 

Someone remind me what again Susanoo is.

 

I think the translator might be a bit unprofessional, so it's very possible he's just mocking the art in that case.

Hax armor that Itachi showed or something. Nothing can hurt him or whatever.

 

Ah. That thing he used to pwn Orochimaru with, that killed him for good?

 

You guys do realize that Susanoo isn't the hax armor, right? It's the Mirror Shield equipped to it's arm that is the ultimate defense, not the skeleton.

 

Oh, the other hax thing, my bad.

 

You know it's gone way too far where you get confused over one person's different hax magical abilities XD. Also, does anyone else get the feeling Kishimoto is systematically going through all the badass characters and making them pussies or weaklings?

Just look at them all: Orochimaru was first, Itachi was next (though he still maintained a modicum of his previous awesomeness), Nagato became the Sandaime Bleeding-Heart despite being the most powerful character in the manga (minus Kyuubi, but that's more of a rage battery than a character). Then Naruto (immediately after defeating said badass pussy) goes off and cries in front of the Raikage and now we have Gaara imitating the Crying Indian.

It's just too much. It's going to end up where all fights are ended with someone either crying or becoming a pacifist. Best I can now hope for is Naruto busting in on the Sasuke-Raikage battle and kicking both of their asses with Senjutsu and Kyuubi.

 

Its Itachi's last Mangekyo technique; godlike just like the rest, but then, they must have been named after shinto gods for a reason.

Basically its a giant skeleton thing that gains a shroud if necessary and carries two legendary items to make it a kind of h4x defense hh4x attack.
I'm not sure but I think Susanoo itself acts as a defense (considering how I've seen both Itachi and Sasuke use it) but the major hax is in the Yamata mirror it carries that can supposedly reflect any attack and some legendary sword that traps you in a dreamlike genjutsu for all eternity if it hits you.

Btw, if that spoiler's real I'm gonna shoot someone. There's some things you let slide out of respect for the series. Gaara crying to Sasuke isn't one of them.

Third Cheat is what is said in Japanese, so it's not the translator, it's the commentator.

 

New chapter's out on Onemanga, it is just as I feared, Gaara is now a pussy... Then again, with that attack on the next page, he regained a small bit of awesomeness, so there is hope!

Not really. Gaara is emulating Naruto, who:
1. Saved him and is Sasuke's friend
2. Is on the path to save Sasuke
3. Would like him to save Sasuke if possible

 

Susanoo's looking badass as always. Gotta hand it to Kishi, the sharingan always has the most badass techniques.

 

this isn't really a good thing though.

the whole concept of sharingan is one giant deux ex power-up mechanism. And we thought it was powerful in the first part of the series when Kakashi be fucking people up left and right with the thing.

Then of course we find out it can shoot out pretty much unexstinguishable black fire, unbreakable genjutus, and of course the uber susanoo armor. Also Kakashi has his worm hole thing and Madara has his cheap ass phasing/teleporting skill.

I'm just tired of it at this point. Someone needs to just kill off all the sharingan users. It's overpowered to the point of ridiculousness and it's use as a plot has long since been worn out.

As far as doujutsus go, at least give the byakugan an upgrade or something. The sharingan has had like 5 major upgrades and the poor Hyuuga's are still stuck with the same old byakugan.
