Of course you could always do the right thing and start reading One Piece, the single consistently good manga of the 'big' three. Or you know read Kekkaishi, which is Bleach, except awesome.

 

"Good" and "One Piece" have no place in the same sentence >.> unless that sentence is "Good, you're burning all of that One Piece stuff". More to the point, "Best of the big three" is like saying "best smelling pile of shit" it might be better, but it's still shit.

On topic though, I actually wanna see more of Yamamoto owning everything forever. He's pretty much the most badass character in the entire show, barring maybe Kenpachi.

Ah, such a shame. That was the most interesting character development Tousen had. He really went into that insane rage mode <3 So why do people almost always die after that? And killed by his own Lieutenant... how pathetic.

Hnh. I wonder how strong Tousen and Gin really are. Honestly, they don't really seem to be a level above a powerful Captain. From what we saw of Tousen before, how he cut Grimmjaw's hand... I kinda expected more of him. Exactly how is Aizen planning on winning this thing with the forces he has, again?

 

I think the point is that Tousen is so blinded by his sudden vision that, ironically, he cannot perform like he could when everything was familiar to him, and his cold attitude seemed to go out of the window when he went scythe.

Komamura is one of the weakest characters in the Captain Class (imo), and this pretty much goes to accentuate Tousen's newfound 'sight'.

That said, no fucking way Gin and Aizen are getting rolled over like this stupid nigger, they are the real deal (Although I get the feeling we have yet to meet (or he just hasn't stepped out of the shadows) the final boss of the series.) Aizen just seems so... transparent, how he's been the baddie for all of the series, and there hasn't been any focus on other 'evils'.

Bleach has gone down hill from the moment the Soul Society arc ended. When Kubo decided his next big story arc was to mirror the previous one it just fell apart. The only interesting piece of story Bleach has going for it is Isshin's backstory, whenever we'll be told.

 

He's a member of the Soul King's bodyguard obviously. This entire thing is leading up to the SK being the big bad and another Soul Society arc clone..

It should come as no surprise, but Aizen is seriously way too OP.

 

I want some clarification on Aizen's ability, since I seem to be misunderstanding it.

The current plan is for the captains to go and throw themselves at him repeatedly in order to open up an opportunity for Ichigo to attack, right?

Well, if Aizen can distort their perception without his release seeming to be active, couldn't he just make them perceive him to be in a different spot than he is, thereby making them attack air - and therefore be no help to Ichigo at all?

Aizen ability is simple, full control of all 5 senses. This chapter proves that Aizen is the God of Bleach. Ichigo is going to pull the greatest power-up, plot-shield, and ass pull of all time when he beats him.

 

So long as his blade is in Shikai, than like Torak said, Aizen can control all five senses. With it sealed he simply has maxed out statistics in all known shinigami combat forms, so he has the speed to accompany it as well and ultimately lead us into the above situation.

However, why did he even need that back-of-the-neck shield if he is so far above Ichigo? He could have just bisected him again and been on his merry captain-crushing way. Instead he put up a defense against him, so perhaps Ichigo is closer to his power range than expected-- Ichigos recent showings could be a result of being Orihime'd, his confidence fell and so did his resultant power.

Man, Hollow Ichigo needs to show up and kick ass again.

 

This is such an annoying set up. Yeah, I realize Ichigo is the hero of the series, but c'mon, no other captain has the power to even mess with Aizen?

Shiki was badass and they knocked him out in three panels. Shunsui hasn't even released his bankai yet. Yama is just chilling.

The whole climax is awfully done.

I'm honestly more interested in Gin at this point.
