I just got called a hacker for discovering something. Someone called in a Harrier Strike. I was running around beating people with a riot shield and found out that it is sturdy enough to block the bullets from the plane.

It will also continue to target you until it cant target you anymore, or its time runs out.

Is this not supposed to be the case? I got a hell of a lot of points from the 15 seconds or so of continuous fire from the harrier. It looks like it could be exploited.

 

I think he was calling me a hacker more for the fact that the Harrier wouldnt STOP firing at me. It came out, targeted me, and fired until it finally ran out of time and left. *shrug*

 

That works really well with sentry guns too. The sentry won't fire at teamates until it manages to kill you but that almost never happens.

On another note I was wondering if there was a DLP clan on either of the systems. It would be cool and I would be willing to on the 360.

 

Hells yes. I dont play nearly as much as I used to, but I'd join a 360 clan in a heart beat.

Favorite class? Either the Riot Shield with Marathon Pro, Hardline Pro, and Commando Pro w/ throwing knife, stun grenades and M9 FMJ, or my FAL, holographic with Sleight of Hand Pro, Cold Blooded Pro, and Ninja Pro, Stinger on my back.

Protips for newfags: The FAL's bullet damage is such you're always going to kill in 3 shots at long-medium ranges and two in close, so Stopping Power, like the WA2000, is basically useless- it won't have an effect because the percentage doesn't raise the damage high enough. If you suck at trigger finger and have an auto controller, you're a fag. Sitrep is useless to anyone who has ears and knows how to dodge claymores. That's all I'm thinking of right now, actually.

Killstreak setup is usually Pred, Harriers, Whatever I'm getting challenges done with. Currently 'Tactical Nuke' & yeah, it's more fun than Harriers, Chopper Gunner, Tact Nuke in 2 minutes.
