    Everyone I've talked to about it has thus far been unable to play MW2 Multiplayer since downloading & installing the map pack.

    Personally made me chuckle, as it gives us PS3 owners a month of play time, and hopefully a fix to the download before it's released for us too.

    Huh. No issues for me, everything's smooth as silk. Maps are fun though, especially crash. Running around with a knife loadout is a hoot.

    I don't think there's an issue with the maps. I think it's a problem with population distrabution. 300 people playing Demolition today. 30K on Team deathmatch. Then the special playlists for the maps specifically have loads of people. Since I didn't have the maps, I couldn't play a match. Annoying how when new maps come out, they never put them into the rotation.

    It's somewhat like the bullshit with Halo 3 matchmaking.

    Odd, 2 of my firends still can't play MW2 since loading the map pack up... strange, but I have nothing against waiting a month.

    Agonostic - Heh, Yeah, Crash was pretty fun on CoD 4... Kind of dreading overgrown now though. Used to rape with a stealth class, still can with Thermal Scopes, but it won't be as easy.

    Fair enough. On a different tangent, I've started using akimbo 1887s, and they're rape (although their range seems to have been decreased by a shit-ton--I know I've been killed from much farther away than shots I've made that haven't registered). Makes me wish I'd used them during my first prestige... <_<

    I know about the patch, Mindless, that's what I meant. I spent weeks getting raped by their range, and when I finally start using them they've been nerfed. :p

    I would be in heaven if there were dedicated servers and you could restrict weapons and perks.

    Imagine if knifing kits and toobing kits were restricted. How much god damn better would it be.
