I guess she needs more money

 

Attention Whore Rowling is at it again with the bullshit press releases. "I might write more Harry Potter... in TEN YEARS."

 

This is excellent news. I can't wait to read the adventures of Albus Severus and Lily Luna.

I ship Lily/Scorpius. You know it'll happen.

 

I expect she would need to do something pretty dramatic (for press whoring purposes). I'd bet money on a Harry/Hermione affair in one of those books just because she needs the attention it would give her.

 

Harry Potter and the Athletes foot.

 

Harry Potter and the Mid-Life Crisis. Harry starts drinking, trades his firebolt in for a sportier model, and ends up burnt out, hanging out in student bars trying to recapture the glory days.

 

Publicity? Simple: Retcon Harry as gay.

 

I think it would be anything but H/Hr. Maybe a Ron/Ginny affair, 'cause Ron always wanted to bang Harry's mom. And she absolutely must call Albus Severus, ASP. And he has to be a gay parselmouth that has to go in search of Scorpius' "Chamber of Secrets".

 

Why do we care?

It's not as if she could fuck up the series any more than she already has.

That's what we all thought when she wrote book #6, too. Then book #7 comes along. Try not to curse it anymore. I really don't wanna hear about "Albus Severus". The name is horrid enough. And I'm gonna bet he'll turn out to be just as much as a pussy as Harry was, no doubt.

 

I'll take a finished version of the Stranger Trilogy over her shite, thank you.

 

You have better chance of getting something out of Rowling than that Trilogy finishing.

Who knows? Maybe Rowling could become somewhat of a less crappy writer in 10 years and turn out a decent book. Maybe even base it off time travel if she's smart, to correct all of Harry's idiocies (Weasley cough cough).

 

Meh. People want to know what the writer of HP will do next. She can squeeze profit for herself out of it. Why exactly should she not be like everybody else and do so? After all, it is really easy to turn into a has been.

Nevertheless, would I ever buy another HP book? I doubt it. 5th was my last one. Regardless, if my tastes still run this way in another 10 years, I'd probably read it. Or at least skim.

 

No joke. I'd fucking LOL if she did Slytherin!Harry. I would buy it though. I'd buy it hard and fast.
