How does this count as domination? To dominate, there must be things to be dominated.

 

I'd blackmail several scientists into making me ultra weapons, take over the world, build a time machine, and go back to prevent you from being born.

 

I'd enlist the services of Mike Sandy and take over all the telecommunications in the important countries of the world, information is power after all.

 

I would have a team of scientists make a machine that could implant my mind into every human and be the leader of the hive.

 

I'd argue that world domination doesn't neatly fit into a ten step plan, and that even if it did, few people would have the time to come up with a good plan.

If I had to though, I'd follow Hitler's example, with a little less genocide and a little less fighting on multiple fronts. If that guy'd been smarter and more humane, we'd all be speaking German.

You don't need 10 steps to take over the world, all you need is one: build a time machine. You can go forward and steal warez from the future, then go back and seed the world with a new (or old, as the case may be) religion naming you as lord and master. Using your future hax, you can stomp out any competition and install yourself as lord and master. Simple as pie.
