A. Her hair looks better and with the lip thing she's doing is sorta attractive. Plus she looks decent in flannel or whatever it is she's wearing.

For a makeup-less, blurry photo, A is quite cute - like someone cute who just woke up, maybe.

Her body in B isn't bad if you compare it to irl girls instead of movie actresses. Her face is the problem: fugly by any standard.

 

I agree, she's fairly cute in photo A and not so great in B. Although I have to say that she does have a nice belly and some fairly decent legs. In book 6, there was a chapter title with a picture of Giinny's face, and I have to say she was pretty cute. But they use Bonnie Wright in the movies, and Bonnie Wright really is just a plain girl compared to a lot of others.

 

All y'all choosing A are blind. There's nothing wrong with her face in either picture, she has a nice body, and given the second factor, bikini > clothes every time.
