Alright, I hope this story is not already in the library, I searched for it, but couldn't find it so I thought i'd post it.

This, in my opinion is one of the better Naruto stories. The beginning starts of sort of cliche, but it quickly becomes original with Naruto traveling through all the elemental nations, and learning their Justus. This story has a word count of 418,000 words, so it will keep you entertained for a while. It gets kind of corny in some places, but I think it is worth a read.

Author says there will be a sequel, but he is going to finish one of his other stories first, before starting the it.

 

Annoys the hell out of me.

I recall trying to read this story a while back, but I had to put it down because of shoddy writing and the passages above.

A few chapters in and I'm going to have to stop again. 2/5.

 

I stopped reading when Kyuubi tells Naruto that she is going to teach him long lost Ninjutsu,Kenjutsu,genjutsu etc.

Why don't people realise that Kyuubi and all the other tailed beasts are fuckin forces of nature. They can literally do anything they want. They don't need ninja techniques. They don't know how to use them.

I also personally cannot stand nice Kyuubi.

I haven't read the story in a while, but I'm pretty sure that the Kyuubi doesn't teach Naruto any Ninjutsu or genjustu. She makes him go around the world to different villages to learn ninjutsu, and I think all she gives him is a sword.

 

I actually called out the author on his use of Japanese - and I think he wrote a whiny A/N in response.

As Sree mentioned, poor grammar, spelling and plotting pretty much doom this fic. I think it was a Naruto/FemKyuubi/Hana/Yugito pairing - and there was some lame side-plot involving Kushina. But all these elements combined to form utter fail.

I stopped reading at chapter three. I can't stand anime fan fiction writers that insist on substituting simple English words for Japanese. Honorifics are fine, they add a certain flavor to the story, but this is getting ridiculous.

I've always been of the same opinion; honorifics are good because they add flavor and can be useful for demonstrating bits of social nuance, but gratuitous Japanese is just annoying.

 

and putting the translations right next to the words... If you're already going to give us the translations right after we read the Japanese word... why not just use the English word?


Wait wait... Im not in the weaboo mindset yet.

 

This was a guilty pleasure fic of mine awhile back. I stopped reading it because the author had Naruto raped to help him get along with one of the girls in the harem after she was raped.

 

What is this still doing in the for review section?
