    I don't know what I was expecting, maybe the classic twirling handlebar mustache and a Dumbledore/Gandalf beard, but whatever I had in mind, it sure as hell pales in comparison to THAT.

    It was a freestyle beard design category that he wanted to win. Such categories require a modicum of outside-the-box thinking.
