I got a sizeable amount of foreign aid from a generous team mate, so should I blow it all in Infrastructure, or should I buy just a set amount.

I'm worried about the maintenance cost coming back to rape me once the money is spent. But the increased amount of taxes should make up for it, right?

Tried this awhile back, didn't have much of an interest at the time and then fell of the grid. I think I'll play it again, it seems to have gotten a lot more interesting.

So, only time I've done something sort of like this was playing the game Utopia, I suppose it might be somewhat similar. But I'm definitely in, cause this sounds like it could be fun.
