I'm still on the fence about Zoro. Until I see some major interaction with the rest of the crew, I can't be sure he isn't just Mihawk's little clone.

Oh man, Brook's scene is going to be so amazing in the anime. I think that was my favorite part of this chapter.

 

While he seemed like a douchebag in the last chapter, his interaction with Sanji was reminiscent of old school Zoro.

Was Luffy's bounty at 400 mil before the timeskip? I thought it was at 300.

 

After what he's done just before the skip? (Impel Down, the whole "war" thing, making them look like amateurs few days after the "war") I'm surprised it wasn't even bigger.

 

World noble plus Impel Down and Marine Headquarters caused it to rise to 400 mil.

Is this the first mention of his new bounty?

The small increase is probably because the infamy of turning in Luffy is the biggest draw for bounty hunters, no need for the Marines to empty their coffers for the bounty.

 

This will be the second time its mentioned.

Chapter was awesome, I don't think I can say anything more since it would just be me gushing how awesome I found every little detail of this chapter.

It really feels great to see the Straw Hat flag and the crew assembled after so much time.
