    The town appears. I just dont know how to get there, there is also another town which you can't go to.

    Um, as far as I know, there isn't a Bloodstone in 3. Ever. And I've beat the game. If you're talking about the coastal city you can't access right away without doing some sidequests, that's Driftwood.
