Edit: Save/Reload plugin has been updated, so it broadcasts a message when it saves the world, so you know when its lagging and when the server is just saving. >_>

I really like those progress bars when you're breaking things, instead of the breaking animation. Easier for me to see (especially when using a dark theme) what I'm hitting.

Also like clear glass with very faint edges.

I've played around on the first server (w3t.com:25562) and it's really addictive. I can't figure yet how to make fires or lights, or use anything else besides the sand, wood and earth. And even despite that, I still like it.

So far, I've been alone though.

 

Anyone else ever been spelunking, get totally fucking lost and contemplating an emergency get-the-fuck-out-staircase, then hear a random pig? Yeah...What a mind fuck. I thought I was much deeper than I was (it only took me seven blocks from the floor of the cave to find the pig on the surface). And then I turned around and my house was right there like twenty steps from me. Wat? @.@

 

I both love and hate getting lost in caves.

I was tunneling down and I dropped through, and it turned out I was in this GIGANTIC underground cave system. Redstone, gold, and diamonds fucking everywhere. There are at least four separate lava lakes down there, and one lava waterfall dripping down this one wall.

Sadly, with how huge this cave system turned out to be, I was forced to tunnel upwards to get out.

I tunneled into the ocean, about 50 squares away from my home.

Every time I go down there I get lost, until I just said "Fuck it" and now every time I get lost I just suicide to get home after leaving all my stuff in a box down there.


This game is so fun.

 

Is it normal that when I move some items in my inventory they sometime disappear? Its' a bit annoying lumbering 64 blocks of wood, then moving them to my action bar to see them disappear...

Oh, and sometime they duplicate.

 

So...Has anyone run across this?

I've also nicknamed my world Swiss-Fucking-Cheese. I'm more likely to walk around and fall down a hole and die than I am to find a tree. Even underground, death-traps like this:

are more common than coal.

On the flip side, I've found enough clay to make a 15x19x6 brick house. (Minus windows of course...I have quite a few of those...) My 18MB world and I have a love-hate relationship.

 

As soon as I get near your tower, I get disconnected with some Java error (java.io.EOFException) - it works on another computer though.

The last story is a bit buggy with those clouds going through the walls - can't see anything. Otherwise, it's awesome. Damn, I wish the server wasn't so laggy and bugged with me
