    I think on some boards the exclamation marks are achieved by pressing shift+1, so I think because of his/her age the hand coordination thingie is really hard for him/her.

    Correct. In countries that use the QWERTY keyboard, interspersing many exclamation marks with 1s and "one"s is sometimes used to express huge lulz or disbelief.

    Example: "NO WAI HE SAID THAT!!!11!!1!one!!1one!!!1"

    Of course, this is done as unseriously as possible to make the sheer stupidity of whatever one is reacting to extremely obvious.

    Dudley had a twin sister, she is magical and abandoned at birth because she is albino. she goes to hogwarts with Harry. will eventually be DMHP & RWOC rated for later
