How are there eight movies when there are only seven books?

Yeah, the modus operandi of most DLP users seems at odds with theistic believes, but I got into some discussions that indicated otherwise. Maybe I just encountered the strange ones.

What the fuck. Vader is about a million times as badass as Voldemort. Blowing up a planet of peace loving hippies trumps killing one Hufflepuff. Especially since that dude survived to be the gayest vampire ever. Leia wasn't nearly as whiny as Luke. There are about a ton more novels and a few animated series involving Vader. You can't even count the third HP movie, since Voldemort doesn't feature in it. Force choke is more awesome than the Killing Curse, if only because only Vader and Palpatine can do it, while everyone with a magic stick can cast the curse.

Tldr: fuck Voldemort with a lightsaber.

Nope. Anybody with Force sensitivity can do it (Luke chokes a couple of guards at Jabba's palace, although he doesn't kill them).

 

Also, seeing as the Killing Curse kills on contact instantly, I think it's got Force Choke beat.
