Alright, that was completely hilarious, especially the last page.

 

This... is sincerely the most retarded thing I have ever read. I'm actually surprised it isn't done by Kishitard. Seems the kind of thing he'd do.

"Hmmm, how can I make Naruto even less about Naruto? Oh! I know! Lets go with the handicapped, retard ninja!

 

I loved it and this is not the first time that I think that the manga would have been better off with Lee as the main character. A guy who can't use nin and genjutsu proving himself against people who can, is much more compelling than reading about the genius chosen one who is annoying at best.

 

Second chapter is up.

Maybe it's just me, but I think that someone should do this with every minor character in the Naruto universe. Frankly, a Team Eight chibi-manga would be downright hilarious if done right.

 

Have to agree there; a couple joke chapters per team/character would be good, but it would probably stop being funny if it went on for too long.

 

I admit I lol'd at Lee's Harem no Jutsu, but othen than that, it was terrible. Horrible art too. Chibis just aren't my thing.

 

Oke the start was amusing, but it gets boring quikly. I stopped reading after the first few pages of chap 2.

I thought it was pretty funny, though it gets les so as you continue reading. It loses it's novelty quickly but it wasn't completley worthless.

 

I laughed my ass off, especially when he mimicked Naruto's ninjutsu. Great find. I'm going to have to keep up with this.

And I was gonna say the drawing was all-around shitty, but he got Sakura's bust size right, so I guess it was only mostly shitty.

 

I didn't really get much out of it. Lee has always been a fairly sad character to me since he's so incredibly naive and upbeat, yet in my mind can really only make it up to throw-away jounin level. In a more gritty story world I would expect to see him die badly.

At least Naruto carries some crippling insecurities. They make him seem more real as a character. That and if he really gets in trouble he can just whip out his Combo Breaker and go scorched earth on everyone.

This just seemed to me like bad, bad filler.

And yes I know I take this shit too seriously.

 

Indeed; it's not great literature, but I got a couple chuckles out some stupid humor, and that's really all I expected from it.

What? Naruto is a fucking Terribad character... More real as a character? Do you not remember the chapter where Kakashi and Treejutsu fag were explaining chakra element types and he said "... what? I DONT UNDERSTAND!" like four different times before they broke out the six year old's explanation?

Calling Naruto realer than Rock Lee is like saying Killer Bee is a better rapper than Method Man and Red Man.

So, the bottom line is that some of us are alright with it being stupid, pointless, and only good for a couple of easy laughs, but you're not?

 

Pretty much. I am generally against doing anything simply because you can. Bad fanfiction is bad enough, without art accompanying it.

 

To be honest it's been a long while since I've read a Naruto chapter and thoroughly enjoyed it. At least this isn't a complete waste of my time and provided some comedic value. Come to think of it, I haven't even read a manga all the way through and enjoyed it since Beck... that's just sad.

 

Right. Because that chapter was all about Naruto's characterization and not about explaining the heretofore completely untouched notion of chakra natures to Kishimoto's audience of young teenagers.
