I didn't click on your link but I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess it's a reference to the 1986 movie, Peggy Sue Got Married.
It's actually a pretty good movie, though it's trailer doesn't make it seem as much so. Unfortunately, if it really does follow the Peggy Sue format, then I don't want to bother reading it for obvious reasons to anyone who's seen the movie.

Is there time travel in the movie?

 

In the movie, Peggy Sue passes out during her 25th High School Reunion and wakes up in the body of her self in Senior Year of high school in 1960.

Spoiler

She decides to change things from her previous mundane life but ends up getting pregnant and marrying her high school sweetheart anyway and wakes up in the hospital in 1986 again. At worst it was all a dream. At best, she managed to have someone from the past remember her and dedicate a book to her.

Again, if it really is the Peggy Sue format, then there's no reason to read the fic: Harry will still die, and nothing will change.
