Lol, reading back I did word that poorly. I was more referring to the fate conspiring to fuck you up using a celestial object from the other side of the galaxy.

And a good amount of hyperbole.

 

have you ever considered, that there is not enough air in that space where the explosion took place? BTW cool pic, It's like fate saying: "Dude I admire you walking on the moon, but hey whats life without a little surprise?"

 

Presumably the O2 comes from the atmosphere that the meteor has displaced.

That said, I'm at least 60% sure that a meteor wouldn't go cleanly through the planet like that. If it had enough momentum to go all the way through the force of the impact would surely smash the earth to bits.

 

It would...rock the world!

Just to be clear, are you outing that picture as being photoshopped?

 

If it was moving a speed close to c it probably could go through before the shockwave shattered the planet into itty bitty pieces. Kind of like how a normal bullet will leave a big hole for the exit wound, but a high-powered rifle firing an AP round will leave a hole roughly the same size as the entry one.

 

I think if it were go through the core of the Earth it would blew it to pieces.:awesome
