Can we stop referring to them as Bleach 'Arcs' and acknowledge that Bleach 'Cycles' would be more appropriate?

Like several of the last chapters, it was not exactly horrible, but low on content. Why do we need so many chapters filled with Ichigo to fighting a teddy bear?

 

Is Ichigo officially a nazi now?

Ahh ... cliffhanger endings.

Decent chapter is decent; at least the plot finally started moving again.

 

I tried to get back into the series with these last few chapters, and I just don't have the same joy reading it that I once did. The series seems to have lost it's way after the first soul society arc(though I enjoyed the Hueco Mundo arc). Actualley now that I think about it the only series I could tolerate after 200 chapters is Gantz (despite the two dimential characters).

Yeah, nothing really happened this week.

...Bluh? Could you elaborate on this? I ask because the only thing GantZ has going for it (indeed, the only thing stopping it from being mindless brutality) is character development. It's a very character driven story.

 

When the entire chapter could have been put in two pages without missing anything remotely significant, that's not good. That's really been a problem with this whole arc; most of the chapters are just way too low on content.

 

Well the character development is just an excuse to continue showing massive amounts of violence, there is very little character progression I mean the last 50 chapters have basically been "Tai! where are you?". I do love the story though, and am curious to see some kind of plot explanation.

 

That doesn't really make the characters two-dimensional, though. That just means they flip out when the shit hits the fan, which is pretty much the standard.

 

New Bleach chapter up on Mangastream. Looks like Orihime might finally be taking a level in badass, and Ichigo actually agrees with everyone else's assessment of Riruka.

I expect that Inoue gets mindcontrolled or someshit. She got stabbed through her heart, perhaps altering her emotions?

 

This reads like a bad filler arc that just won't end.
