QFT. So far the previous paint ball episode was my favorite. It just got down to the second place.

 

Man, you don't immediately notice it, but Annie's got a great chest.

 

Dude. There's a monkey called Annie's Boobs. Seriously, I'm a straight(ish) female and I want those bad boys. This episode was too awesome for words. Between this and Fringe, my tv life is complete.

 

Annie's Boobs is living in the air ducts right now stealing pens.



God I love this show; the little details they put into every episode that most people don't notice it. Like Abed's HUD in the 'Bitch' episode that gave a spoiler to everything that was going to happen this season.

In this one you can see Troy's Birthday coming up in 2 weeks and they had an episode about that entitled Mixology Certification. You also see Annie's projected cycle and in Cooperative Calligraphy you find out that Abed had been charting the girls' cycles for his own benefit.



Another projected cycle and you also see reference to his mother visiting to watch Rudolph on Christmas which was covered in Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas. Also a reference to the Blanket Fort they'd be making in Conspiracy Theories and Interior Design.



The third and final projected cycle. Starburns was on Troy and Abed in the morning sometime later holding a turtle and a paintball episode reference.

There are a lot more of these sort of Easter eggs but perhaps the most obvious came in Intro to Political Science in the ticker during Troy and Abed's election coverage. I don't have screencaps of those ones though.

 

That was unbelievably fantastic. This season looks like it's ending on an epic high. I re-watched the Dollars Trilogy only a few months ago and caught a lot of the references in this ep. I was grinning from beginning to end.

The first paintball ep was zombies, this one's spaghetti westerns, I can't wait for the third. The creators of Community are really spoiling us here.

Not sure if this has been pointed out yet or not but Magnitude = Lee Jordan.

Community and Cougar Town are apparently continuing on with their mutual love fest as there were reportedly two Cougar Town actors as extras in this episode. I don't watch the show so I have no idea who to look for.
