Toxicroak in rain makes me rage.

 

Better Toxicroak in rain than that Garchomp in sand. With Sand Veil, my attacks would miss pretty much half of the time and then it'd start subbing and swords dancing and then I'd ragequit, because I goddamn hate sandstorm teams.

Almost as annoying as Speed Boost Blaziken.

 

Toxicroak is waaaaaaay more annoying imo. It is an even better rain abuser than Kingdra, which is now apparently banned in PO.

Ubers are all banned, regardless of their DW status. If a DW pokemon is Uber but its Wifi counterpart isn't, then only the DW one is banned.

Some extra incentive to do better in the tournament other than Elite 4 and Champion bragging rights.

Every time you win in a tourney battle, you get +2 ladder points. You don't lose any if you lose.

Bonus points. You can haz them.

 

Sounds good. What would the tournament system will be, though?

I propose a 7 round tournament, instead of the usual knock-out, if only to mix it up. A win gives you 2 points, a draw gives you 1 point, a lose does nothing. Each random you battle the player with the closest score to yours that you didn't already fight.

This way, you get to battle more players and you get a truer view of the ranking, as the best players will battle the best players after about 2 rounds, and the weaker players will get to battle players at their own level.

 

That'd take entirely too long. At the moment, it's set to be Single Elimination.
