The game is awesome. It's exactly what it was advertised as. We were promised the best Duke Nukem game ever made, and that's what we got. I don't know where these critics are getting their complaints, because I just don't see them.

Seriously, comparing DNF to D3D and saying that DNF is better is so fucking stupid I don't even know where to start.

The laziness in making this game is kind of endearing. That's the Duke Nukem charm and the 'water effects' were cute and the repetitive canned dialogue in the first few minutes were amusing, but then the sheer shittiness of the game overwhelms the charm factor. It's just bad-spirited.

It's terribad, but I was surprised by how not bothersome the generations-behind graphics were. In fact, it was nice to play something that wasn't in the Crysis etc. level of detail.

 

I'm not getting this then, legally or even illegally. 2 weapons at a time? Fuck that bullshit. This game sucks total ass already. And it took'em 14 years to even come up with this shit? What a bunch of horseshit. First they fucked up Doom 3 with making that one a piece of shit, then they gone and fucked up Dungeon Siege 3, and now they fucked up Duke Nukem? What morons. Game creators these days are sucking total asshole. Please fire these douchebags.

 

It's pretty challenging (I'm playing on Hard difficulty), but not fun. Half-Life 2, which it blatantly copies ideas from, trumps it in every department. Well, DNF is a bit more violent, but this is not saying much nowadays. In short, it is a mediocre game that came out seven years too late.
