I was up since 3am this morning. I leave for about 30 minutes and miss it. I am going to find that quill before these 7 days are up. You mark my words.

Got my second account. WildChaser5. I'm happy, since Quidditch-based usernames are still cool. RiverSeeker77, the first account, is still probably better, though.

Dude, go join the community thingy for Pottermore and post your accounts on the adoption list or something.

I have five accounts now, but I had problems getting two of them validated when Firefox wouldn't accept my passwords on the validation page. I wound up resetting the passwords, waiting for the emails to come through, and copy-pasting the password reset links into Safari and Chrome. I have no idea what was up with Firefox - I hadn't tried to make an account there previously, and I'd cleared my cache and cookies before each attempt to log-in anyway.

Anyway. I'm holding three accounts in reserve for family members less-than-thirteen for the moment (though they'll probably lose interest and not want them), and the other two are mine. One for my completely honest sorting and wand quiz results, the other for Messing With the System purposes to see what other results I can get.

That reminds me - I wonder if it's possible to break your wand and get another.

 

Guys don't post the number part of your Pottermore username on here. There are hackers around and you might lose your account.

 

How does the number help them do that?

First time in three days I was in time to get the clue, and now I can't find the fucking Quill. Wonderful.
