It has to be Aekiel. Lion accused him before going down and he started it off by accusing Lion.

Also Lion said that both Berkely and Ashaya are both innocent. That narrows it down to those who voted/supported their claims as death eaters as most suspicious.

 

Not necessarily, don't jump to anything so quickly. At least take a look at the voting records and try to find some connections.

Well, then tomorrows voting should be unanimous - except perhaps Aekiel's vote.

EDIT: Oh, and Aekiel probably knew he was visited by the Auror - and who the Auror was. That's why he convinced us to kill Lion.

 

Well, I wasn't expecting everyone to actually kill someone before I even woke up, and to have it be the Auror. Didn't even get to cast my vote, even though it was more than likely going to be for Lion. And he vouched for both Ashaya and Berkeley... I guess that could be taken to mean that he investigated them both.

I'm not sure who to vote for now for next time, but I'm probably going to reread through the whole thread to see if there any any obvious clues that we've all missed. Perhaps Aekiel really is a Death Eater, and Vash was trying to hide by not participating?

 

Vash just was a lazy cunt with the attention span of DLP. I doubt it means anything concerning the role he and now Aekiel is playing here.

 

In my defence, Lion was acting suspiciously and his voting record was all over the place. Apparently my logic is good for picking up on that, but not for actually catching the Death Eaters. I assure you I am not one of them. I simply cannot stand to see any more people hurt, which is why I am attempting everything in my power to bring these murderers to justice.

On that note, it would seem to me that if you were to assume my innocence in this, the ones who bandwagoned my proposal would the ones most likely to be Death Eaters. In this instance I think we have overwhelming evidence from the previous days' worth of investigations that The Berkeley Hunt is a Death Eater. There are just too many coincidences surrounding his actions for him to be innocent.

 

Except Lion confirmed that both Ashaya and Berkeley are innocent. So. That makes you a bit more suspicious, willing to jump onto someone else so quickly.

 

Oops, dunno how I missed that one. I thought for sure he said Ashaya and someone else.

In that case, I've got nothing. All my prime suspects are now either dead or vouched for.

 

There are several people who voted for both Vira (innocent) and Lion (innocent), and of those 5 or 6 people, Kang was the first to accuse someone else; Aekiel. I don't think Lion even investigated Aekiel, and I don't think he ever got the chance or the reason to.

Also, Riley Poole was quick to agree with Kang on his position against Aekiel. I'm not sure who is right out of the three, but chances are one of them is guilty. Riley Poole has been flying way under the radar. He missed voting twice, and the two times he did vote, he's been wrong. Seeing as we have a whole night phase to go through still, I'm not going to accuse anyone yet, but I am going to go back and read all of Kang's and Riley's posts to see if there's something interesting. I just don't really think Aekiel's done anything noteworthy other than coming into the game late and having the opportunity to observe us all as a completely neutral party.

 

You know, going through this has made me wonder just why Voldemort ever decided to attack openly in the first place. He could have destroyed all of wizarding Britain with lifting a bloody finger.

So I don't think I've ever voted for a Death Eater. Like, not even suspected one. Going by this logic, the bad guy should be someone we trust, someone who does not appear suspicious in the slightest.

However, Aekiel just tried to shoddily accuse me of a being a Death Eater. I have had it, with these motherfucking accusations in this motherfucking village! Aekiel, I know that you're probably just a wizard. I know that you probably didn't spot Lion's post. But goddamnit, there is no way that is going to slide.

I'm going to wait a little, see what kinda evidence is going around, but my instinct is to make you into Dementor kibble.

Berkeley and Ashaya were the only ones that we all knew to be innocent because of Lion, so with Berkeley dead, there's less people we can trust now -_- Not a very good feeling. It feels like we haven't made any progress at all.

 

That's because we haven't. Over four days and nights we have not caught a single Death Eater. I'm staying away from accusing people this time round. Merlin knows my previous attempts have been completely and utterly wrong.

 

I have no problem accusing people.

That's the point. We didn't achieve anything, because we actually didn't know at whom to point.

For the first time we have a hint at someone. Lion, the now sadly rather soulless Auror, explicitely pointed at Aekiel and accused him of being a Death Eater. Lion was right concerning Berkeley, who actually was innocent. And Aekiel actually was the one who convinced us to kill Lion.

Whom else to trust than our Auror, who now suffers a fate as bad as death because of our mistrust.
