The great thing about that episode was, that Louis could have turned it into a big joke about conservative Christians and could have made cheap shots against them all episode long.
The moment she was introduced all those jokes were already formed in peoples minds and waiting to trigger because series like Family Guy used those already multiple times.

Instead he turned it into a joke about himself.
