I'm half-way sure Taure figured he was going to get targeted either way and decided to be as obnoxious as possible to make the best of it.

... This is reaching Aizen levels of scheming here, and we're not even got the slightest bit of evidence. We've lost 5 Wizards for 1 Death Eater in 2 nights. That ratio is going end the game on the 5th day if things keep going this way.

I'm starting to think of bowing out and letting one of the on-retainer guys take my place to help out. I've been trying to help, but nothing of my data from day-to-day lines up. Maybe someone with a fresh perspective and not in the thick of it could do better...

I don't quite remember what HOS posted, but I know plenty of people have an opinion of him. So depending on whether of not he's innocent/guilty we might have somewhere to go from there....

And Krogan, If I was a DE I never would have killed Vira, regardless of if people thought I'd be framing myself. It'd be to big of a risk. If this was a separate group of players, I might have already been dead. I mean I don't know what else I can say, I know I'm not a Death Eater, but how do I convince you?

We reached 10 votes already; you cannot rescind when we reach a lynch vote. I am having someone confirm it now. Do not edit your posts anyone.

And you are right, its merely a theory I was putting out there based on "What would I do if I was one of the Death Eaters?"

@jwlk- I'm not saying that your my number one suspect or even close to it, I'm simply saying that it seems extremely convenient to me that with one kill both you and mishie have almost entirely dropped off the list.

I'm pretty sure Merrill is saying you can not rescind your vote, after a consensus has already been reached.

    [Ninja'd by Merrill]

I saw the tenth vote right before you rescinded too, and was curious if it would be allowed or not.

    Confirmed.

    Day 3 has entered Twilight.

We reached consensus. The Dementor's Kiss was administered to Hero of Stupidity. He was a Dark Wizard.

    Twilight has started.

Twilight is the frame of time between a successful "lynching" (in this instance, the Dementor's Kiss) and the natural conclusion of the day. In twilight, you may still post and discuss anything that has happened, however you cannot vote to have anyone else receive the Dementor's Kiss.

Posting is permitted in this thread until 10:00PM EST on 27 August 2011.

Only the following nineteen (19) individuals have permission to participate in this thread:

Aekiel, Ashaya, Atomicwalrus, Ayreon, Aziraphale, CrackedMind, Fenraellis, Fiat Piscis, Hashasheen, Hero of Stupidity, jwlk, KaiDASH, Kensington, Krogan, Lutris, Merrill II (HOST), mishie, MrINBN, Palindrome, ratstrub, Scrittore, Taure, Vesvius, Vira, Xiph0 and Zeitgeist

    Hero of Stupidity: 10
Atomicwalrus, Zeitgeist, Aekiel, Hashasheen, Fiat Piscis, Ayreon, Kensington, MrINBN, Ashaya and Krogan

    Atomicwalrus: 1
    Hero of Stupidity

    Kensington: 1
    jwlk

    Hashasheen: 1
    Aziraphale

    Did Not Vote: 6
Fenraellis, KaiDASH, mishie, Palindrome, Scrittore and Vesvius

19 players remain; 10 votes required to receive Dementor's Kiss

Well, that's all kinds of awesome. It actually means that certain friendly Power Roles can slightly more afford to reveal themselves. Such as if the Healer is forced to reveal themself to avoid a lynching, then we can get the identity of at least one more killer, then my killer, on separate nights... presuming the Hit Wizard is still alive at the time of course.

Of course, hopefully we can avoid such an occurence, but it is reassuring.

As a side note, I was going to investigate HoS, but concern for him had fallen somewhat by the wayside last night, so I chose a more immediate target. It worked out though, so I won't complain.

Well, this was awesome in that we no longer have to worry about a serial killer.

Now we just need to get rid of the Dark Lord and his two minions.

Well hot damn we got him, out of all the things I was expecting him to be the Dark Wizard definitely was not one of them.

Oh man, and here I actually hardly suspected him at all. This is awesome - we stand a much better chance now. Does this go to show that we were right to target some of the players who seem to be avoiding posting, or were we just lucky?

Edit: It makes more sense now as to why he was advocating not bandwagoning, I think. The Dark Wizard would probably have the best chance at succeeding if few people got lynched like last game.

Woohoo, Well now at least only one person will die a day. Unless the Warlock kills someone else. Should we have him/her kill someone that we find suspicious? They kill at night, right?

Yes, they do kill at night. I don't think now is a great time to use one of our Auror's kills - he only has two. Best not to squander them until we're extremely suspicious.
