Are their any good crossovers with the Bartimaeus Trilogy? I found two on FF.net, but they were both beyond awful.

 

I haven't seen one, but you know, that's not a terrible idea. The systems aren't really very incompatible. With a little tweaking I could see something like it being a good fic.

Alright, I'll rec a few. I reread the series a year or so ago, then went fic diving. It's not an easy thing to do, fanfiction.net doesn't really work with the footnotes. But every now and then you'll find someone who can pull it off.

These aren't amazing, but they're pretty good IMO. All of them are written by conception.creation, and all but one are Kitty/Bartimaeus (The Matchmaker). The author manages to capture the tone of the series pretty well. All are complete.

Of Auras and Oracles: The trilogy is complete, but Bartimaeus' adventures are far from over. When a prominent politician goes missing, Kitty and Bartimaeus must find him, but who is behind the mysterious attacks on Kitty's life? BartimaeusKitty

Monomyth: Nouda didn't die in the Glass Palace explosion. Now Kitty must rely on her wits to survive in a post-apocalyptic London overrun with enemy spirits. BxK

The Haunting: A rebel turned demon hunter treks across the world in pursuit of escaped hybrids. Now she must track down a spirit with a mysterious agenda, and nothing is as it seems.

Restless Spirit: Quick thinking saves Kitty from assassination – unfortunately, she's now without a body. Can she solve her own murder in time to stop a massive conspiracy threatening Britain itself? BxK

The Matchmaker: Eight lousy, stinking months have gone by and Nathaniel still refuses to let him go home. Bartimaeus gets creative. NxK AU set between GE and PG.

Panache: When Bartimaeus' master sends him out to win him the hand of a beautiful commoner, he doesn't expect the djinni to fall for her himself. Based on the play Cyrano de Bergerac. Very AU. B/K

Outside of those, I remember a couple handfuls of fics ranging from decent to really damn good scattered around the slash fics and terribad stories. Unfortunately, I can't find those off the top of my head. If I go looking soon, though, I'll post what I find.

 

Now I have to reread the series, I only remember Amulet, and they were all amazing books, some of my favorite fantasy although I prefer the main character (Nathan right?) to Bartimaeus.
