I put off watching this show for the longest time, but when I finally saw it I realized that it is much better than I thought it would be.

I'll just lift this description from Amazon: In this sexy and suspenseful series, Nikita has gone rogue. Division is an ultra-secret government agency whose operatives are recruited young people with severed ties to family, friends and society. Trained to be invisible assassins, no one ever leaves Division -- except the charming and deadly Nikita, who has managed to escape, making it her mission to undermine the now-corrupt organization. A force to be reckoned with, the rogue Nikita taunts Division, staying on their radar, but always one step ahead. Yet as determined as Nikita is to bring down her former agency, there are those just as determined to stop her, including Division's newest recruit Alex, a beautiful young woman who seems destined to replace Nikita as their next top operative.

The casting, production quality, and even the action scenes are quite good for a CW show.

It airs Fridays at 8:00 on the CW, before Supernatural. As it premiered on a different night last season, the time on the poster is out of date.

 

This looks like the female version of James Bond, with a distinct lack of a female lead. Seriously, do her boobs exist?

The first few episodes were bit shaky, but the show gets much better as it goes along.
