I was thinking: isn't it just photons that exhibit Wave-particle duality? (And I assume the meme creator probably meant photons)

Looking it up online, turns out, not necessarily. According to de Broglie's hypothesis all matter, not just light, has a wave-like nature. But then again, I'm not at all well versed in this matter (heh) so I'll stop.

So yeah (a) Pretty sure the meme creator meant photons and (b) They're still particles, they just exhibit wave like properties.

 

Even people can act like waves sometimes...
