The Plot Thickens.

Sacrifice took the elevator to the highest building in the city. A six-star class hotel named after the Holy Grail War. "Rising Ancients".

The bellboy have been hypnotised by Sacrifice's eyes and willingly brought him to a VIP room, with a view overlooking all of the entire city. Hastily Sacrifice made the bellboy go away with a wave, who bowed respectfully before leaving.

Sacrifice took out his enchanted PSG-1 and opened the hotel room window. A cold wind blasted through due to the difference in pressure and blew Sacrifice's hair wildly. He calmly put on a pair of goggles and placed his PSG-1 at the window.

"There you are, Mishie." Sacrifice used his Shinigami eyes to locate his unsuspecting prey. With the crosshair of the scope aimed perfectly to the head, Sacrifice held his breath as he fired the first of the twelve blood bullets as Mishie.

This is all flavor text. No noble phantasms were used in this long-range attack.

There is nothing to overthrow. You assume that he already has some kind of status.

 

I think it's fairly obvious that I don't recognize his supposed magnificence. Any man who goes around breaking the necks of little girls can't truly be deserving the title of "King."
