Let's hope for that fourth wave then. I've been hating on self-entitled people whom cries about not getting in first or second wave blah blah.

At the moment, I feel like doing exactly the same. :facepalm

Idd, 4th wave, July 24th is in. GGWP!

I was expecting the whole of July pre orders to get in today personally, looks like I've vastly under estimated the early pre-order numbers.

Also yes, the self-entitled people are annoying, I take solace in the knowledge that those who are complaining now about not getting in today when they pre ordered over a month ago will have a long and agonising 3-5 days. Not like I haven't being getting excited every time there's a new tweet from @swtor and regardless of if there's a new wave or not, trying to login every 20 minutes...

Edit: Woot! 4th wave is the charm.

There's another (bigger) spike in orders after the Thanksgiving beta(stress) test, I reckon they will get up to the beginning of those orders tomorrow and get every body invited the day after.

Also, fuck you blizzard, closed that temptation devil email before I had the chance to want to play again.

This is way too optimistic, but I wouldn't be surprised if they started doing more than 5 waves a day.

I expect that everyone will be on by the end of Sunday so that they have a day to make sure that everything is running smoothly with the stuff they can control (pre-order access) before the game releases and they're faced with the massive insurge of people that they can't control.

Taking a break from swtor.... because its WoW raid time >.>

But it is fucking amazing leveling right now. There were literally only 50 people on Dromund Kass. There was shit to gather everywhere.

I won't be playing till the 20th because I didn't preorder, but one of my friends who plays LoL with me has been talking to me about the game as he plays. He also reserved some character names for me so should be fun.

The single best tip I can give you if you get into early access is:

    Take. Slicing.

I literally only have around 5-10 other people on planets with me. Entire planets. That have enough gathering nodes to support a full servers worth on them.

There are nodes everywhere. I advise going your planned gathering/mission skills, and instead of the crafting pick up slicing. Then, when you hit max level drop slicing and pick up the crafting and power yourself up with all your stored mats.

I keep my ship droid 100% constantly on Underworld Trading missions, and yet I still make anywhere from 5k-15k credits a level, becuase there are just so many slicing nodes everywhere.

Only one crafting skill is allowed I think.

I could, yes. But each crafting skill is supported by a different mission and gathering skills. Cybertech is supported by Underworld Trading and Scavenging, to take slicing would seriously hamper my progress in Cybertech.

This is true, but Slicing is a gathering skill.

You can level cybertech with just scavenging, however if you want to make blue/purple items then you need the mission skill. IMO best thing to do is skip the blue/purples til 50, take slicing til then.

Do the starting planets have slicing/other nodes, or just later planets?

    ...this is a perfect idea.

Hmmm.. Except then I'd have to go back to DK and level it. Ugh. And then Balmorra as well. Helllll noooo.

Yeah, im just going the opposite route- Leveling Mission Skills takes a lot of time. I'm only at around 110 Underworld Trading and missions already are taking 10 minutes, and it only gets longer.

Whereas I don't actually NEED anything from cybertech or armormech yet, so I just store up all my mats in my ships hold (because companions can access that for crafting anyway), and then when I feel I'm rich enough and I don't need slicing anymore (which will be at or close to 50), I'll drop it and power up my profession.

Mission skills don't have nodes, you'd just have to run alot of missions to with you'r companions to get it up.
