I haven't been posting as much because I really am not following all this conversion, purification thingy. So I figured, I'll skip those posts and let someone else tldr it at some point.

I'd like to see Jon's defence first, but Stojil is making a lot of sense here. I'd pegged Jon as scum earlier too, but I always seem to peg Jon as scum... Though given that he always has been scum, I suppose I haven't been too wrong on that.

 

Guys, I just PM'd Smile but I wanted to let you guys know that I haven't been able to post on here much and am going to pull out as I don't think it is fair for the game to have a person posting the bare minimum when there are reserves who would like to play. I was really into playing this game but I got so busy when I got to Canada and I really underestimated the time I would need to play this game. It's very complicated and needs a lot more time and thought than some other Mafia games. So sorry about not contributing, I am sure my alternate will be a better player than I was in this game.

Good question; the only limitation on the Duchess's powers is that she can't use the night kill that she inherits from the Red King more than two nights in a row. The role list says nothing about limiting her auction ability.

You do make a good argument about Jon, and he has a history of playing highly devious scum. That said, the players that he's pointed to have been suspicious for one reason or another. I definitely thought Eternity Lost was scummy, and LochNess had only posted the bare minimum. It's not like he's coming up with baseless grounds for lynching people. I'd definitely like to hear a defense from him before voting.

 

And Evan Tide was most probably the Erlking too. I'm not forgetting that. I don't have anything on Lochness, but I believe Eternity Lost was scum as well.

I already said what I think Jon is doing: painting himself as town leader early on to later lead us by our leash where he wants us to go.

I considered it and I even said so in the long post. But my guess is if it had been me indeed, then I was targeted by the Red King (your faction) because I had promised that I would have explained why you and Fenraellis looked like scum. Forthill and Merlin protected me either because they figured that much as well, or because they're legitimally pertty sure I'm pro-town and active enough to warrant punitive action by scum.

Also, if I'm a member of the Red Court then I couldn't have been the player swapped with Scrhodinger.

Once again, I considered it in the long post (did you even read it?). I said it didn't prove anything and it still doesn't. You were the one who started Evan's bandwagon. You could have voted. Excuse me if i think it was a calculated decision. It's not like every mafia game is about being suspicious.

You have no proof Dresden checked you (I'm asking Smile right now if we get to know if we're checked, but I'm pretty sure we don't since only about the Red Baron is specified). Until verified, this is scummy bullshit, Jon. Dresden could have checked you and joined your bandwagon because you checked guilty for all we know.

Which isn't provable and doesn't really prove anything, anyway.

You say you are McCoy's contact, which is entirely convenient seeing as i doubt he would come out to save your skin because it would reveal him, or you are hoping he'll reveal himself to call your bluff and then your faction can kill him.

Are you implying that if we lynch you, you'll reveal McCoy (WHEN YOU ARE A TOWNIE) to the scum? Well your game objective isn't NOT DIE, Jon, it's "Town survives". This means that if you WERE town, town would still win even with you dead. But seeing as you are scum, obviously you would reveal McCoy if we lynched you (if you are his partner anyway)

About the "Dresden checking you" thing, if my theory is right, Jon, then you are either the Red Baron or the Red King. 50/50 of checking not guilty/human or whatever the result is.
