Meh. People die every day. It only sucks when it's someone you love that dies. Until that moment comes, you can't deny that there are some funny ways to die.

Doing so in an unsinkable cruise a couple hundred feet off the coast while having dinner three hours after boarding... It's pretty damn funny.

 

No... it's unfortunate, not amusing. Funny would have been them recreating scenes from Titanic as they died.

 

No its really not, I mean maybe something could have been made funny if they did like Seratin said or you had at least added a funny caption or something because the potential for it was there but just the picture? Not only is it not really funny but it makes you seem like a bit of an asshole.

 

I actually *do* think it's funny, though more morbid and macabre funny than anything. Do most of you not see the inherent absurdity of an enormous cruise liner - itself a huge testament to conspicuous consumption - lying on its side in shallow water like a beached manatee? Well, that absurdity is funny. And ironic.

Yes, it's tragic too, but that in no way hinders my ability to laugh at it, whether nobody dies or whether everyone on-board died; it's just an absurdly and ridiculously funny sight, and the caption of a momma pig suckling her young makes it less subtle but still pretty damned funny.

If that makes me seem like a bad person to you, well, that's not exactly news to me.
